About Me

More about myself

I am a business and technology leader with several decades of experience gained at startups, high-growth companies, and multinational organizations. Throughout my career, I have supported organisational growth, transformation, and integration, improved business performance, introduced new operating models, and in many situations helped companies move from a given operational level to a significantly stronger, more conscious, more efficient, and ultimately more successful state.

At the same time, leadership for me has always been about developing people's skills and attitudes: I have supported the professional and personal growth of my colleagues, usually through mentoring and occasionally through coaching, and it fills me with particular joy that many of the people I have worked with now hold significant leadership or professional positions.

I believe that what makes someone a strong executive mentor is not theory alone, but lived leadership experience - difficult decisions, managing change, results, and the lessons learned from setbacks.

Over the years, however, I have increasingly come to understand that the need for clearer thinking and considered decisions is not limited to leadership positions. That is why today I support not only business owners and senior executives, but I am also glad to work with people who are looking for a mentor in other areas of their lives - in self-awareness, in shaping their identity or life direction, or in finding clarity in difficult personal situations. I bring the same attention, experience, and honesty to these conversations as I do to business mentoring; only the focus shifts from organizational results to the individual's own path of personal development.

That is why I now want to consciously give back of what I have received, learned, and experienced over the past three decades - regardless of whether I do this with a leader or simply with another person.
